Thank you for shopping with Cutting Edge Engraving. Every order is crafted with care and engraved to order, so please allow time for production before your item ships.

Processing Time

All orders require 3–7 business days for production and engraving before they are shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Cutting Edge Engraving is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cuttingedgeengraving.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
