We engrave a wide range of wooden goods including cutting boards and charcuterie boards. Each product page specifies personalization options available.
How do I submit my personalization details?
During checkout, you'll find a text field to enter your custom engraving text. Please double-check spelling before submitting — engraved items cannot be changed after production begins.
How long does production take?
Most personalized orders are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping. Rush options may be available — contact us for details.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
We do not currently offer proofs for standard orders, but our team carefully reviews every engraving request. If you have a complex design, please reach out before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
